Lab values
Our lab strives to cultivate an antiracist, inclusive climate that values perspectives from individuals across different identities, backgrounds and beliefs. We believe that the perspectives of individuals with different identities are essential to our scientific work and to our community. We aim to support a growth mindset across all facets of the lab, including scientific pursuits, professional development, and perspectives on biases, which can be challenged and subjected to change.
